Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Gastroenterologist in Smyrna, GA so we have made it simple and convenient to request an appointment via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will late for your scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
Please contact our office to verify that our office accepts your insurance plan. Most outpatient surgical procedures will need to be certified by your Insurance company before the procedure can be scheduled with the ASC or with the Imaging department. Your insurance coverage may differ, depending on the procedure that was ordered by your doctors. If our office accepts your insurance plan, we are happy to file insurance for reimbursement for your out-patient surgery.
